I have been practicing yoga since 2000 and earned my 200-hr certification from Harlem Yoga Studio in 2022. Yoga has been a transformative force in my own life, and I love sharing its practices with others.

As a teacher, I emphasize mindfulness, curiosity, and exploration. My classes create space for students to connect with their inner experience and to make intentional choices about what feels right for their bodies. My typical style is a breath-based vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment and accessibility. I particularly love teaching beginners and anyone who worries that yoga isn't for them.

I currently teach free community classes in Bed-Stuy, typically the first weekend of each month. All are welcome! Sign up here to be notified of upcoming classes.

Off the mat, I work as an editor and audio producer. I live in Bed-Stuy with my partner and enjoy spending time reading, cooking for friends, and soaking up Brooklyn's parks.
